• Curriculum Overview
  • Within the BSc Geography curriculum at the University of Salzburg 'Introduction to Geoinformatics' is scheduled as a first year course building upon 'Topographic Cartography and Remote Sensing' (although this is not a strict prerequisite).

    This lecture-type course is accompanied by lab units 'Practice: Geographic Information Systems'. This entire 6 ECTS 655M33 module or the lecture course alone can be taken as a free elective in any other curriculum, or selected within an alternate focus subject in e.g. the BSc Digitalisierung-Innovation-Gesellschaft.
